Refund, Cancellation & Exchange

At Vadhini, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. We request our customers to carefully read our Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests made after the given timeframe may not be accepted, as orders are processed quickly for dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately through email, WhatsApp, or Instagram with your order details.

Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges under eligible conditions.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be:
  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed and undamaged
  • Returned with original tags and packaging intact

Products failing the quality check will not be approved for exchange.

Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup will be arranged wherever service is available.

In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.

The product should be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Refund Policy

We do not provide monetary refunds.

In approved cases, customers will receive a credit note equivalent to the product value.

Credit Note Details

  • Valid for 3 months from the date of issue
  • Can be used for future purchases on our website
  • Non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or credit note:

  • Customized or altered products
  • Products purchased during special sales or clearance offers
  • Used, washed, or damaged items
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Requests raised after the exchange period

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue along with your order details

Once verified, our team will assist you with the exchange or credit process.

Important Notes

Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings. Such differences are not considered defects.

Handcrafted products may have minor irregularities, which add to their uniqueness and artisanal value.
