  • Accept that product colors may vary slightly due to screen differences

We reserve the right to refuse service if policies are violated.

Reverse Pickup

For eligible returns/exchanges:

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged within 2–4 working days
  • Ensure the product is properly packed
  • Pickup availability depends on your location

If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the product.

Credit Note

In certain cases, instead of refunds, a credit note will be issued.

  • Valid for 3 months from the date of issue
  • Can be used for future purchases on the website
  • Non-transferable and cannot be encashed
